You may call the Registrar’s Office at 903-886-5102 or go online for a request form. Click here to find out more.

How do I update my address?

Call, fax, or e-mail the Alumni Relations Office with your new information click here to update your information online.

How can I get my diploma?

Call the Registrar’s Office at 903-886-5102 or download the form as described above for the transcript request.

How can I become a member of the Alumni Association?

Call the Alumni Relations Office for a dues brochure to be sent to you or complete the form online and mail in it with your check. You may sign up by credit card by calling our office at 903-886-5765.

How can I contact another alumnus?

E-mail alumni.relations@tamuc.edu or phone the Alumni Relations Office at 903-886-5765 with your request. We will make every attempt to contact that person (if we have valid information) and ask them to contact you. Read our policy on contacting alumni.
