Undergraduate Programs
The Bachelor of Science Degree in Instructional Training and Design(TDEV)
The undergraduate program in Instructional Training and Design prepares individuals to work as program developers, teachers, and trainers in formal and informal settings such as educational institutions, business and industry, community agencies, health care organizations, and continuing and professional education.
Students will learn to analyze training needs as well as design, deliver, and evaluate training programs.
Other job opportunities include: program designer, training technologist, needs assessment analyst, researcher, transition specialist, career development advisor, training consultant, and employer marketing.
This 122 semester hour program may be completed on either a full-time or a part-time basis. Most courses are offered in the evenings or at other times convenient for working adults.

- TDEV 479 History and Philosophy of Technical Education
Plus, ninety-eight (98) semester hours of undergraduate level requirements approved by the major advisor for Instructional Training and Design.
Undergraduate transfer courses within an Associates of Applied Science Degree are often utilized as the minor within the BS in Instructional Training and Design.
