Course Transfers
Fees may be transferred from one Extended Studies course to another only when the instructor is unavoidably prevented from continuing the course or when for some reason, it is advisable for the student to take some other course. When such a problem arises, the adjustment is made in light of the needs of the individual student.
If a student requests a transfer, and if such transfer is granted, then the student must pay any difference in registration fees arising from an increase in the number of semester hours registered. The student may request only one transfer. Also, there is an additional transfer fee of $50.00 plus $5.00 per lesson submitted for that class. Transfers are not allowed after 6 months from date of registration. The original date of enrollment is used as the basis determining all enrollment guidelines.
On-campus enrollments and/or extension enrollments cannot be transferred to Extended Studies. There are no refunds once a course has been transferred and no course may be transferred to another student.
