Music Performance - Domestic Students
The Master of Music with an Emphasis in Performance develops specific music skills and abilities to a high degree in the fields of instrumental, keyboard, and vocal performance and conducting. Graduate students with a Performance Emphasis take required courses in the Graduate Music Core (music history, music theory, scholarship, and aesthetics) and their respective performance area (applied study, pedagogy, and literature). In addition, they perform or conduct two recitals.
