Special Education - International Students

The Department of Psychology and Special Education offers three graduate degrees in Special Education:  the Master's of Arts, the Master's of Education and the Master's of Science.  Programs of graduate work may be planned according to the interests of the student and to meet the degree requirements.

Required documents for admission:

  • Application fee, $50.00, US dollars (this may be paid online when you apply)
  • Official transcripts (with a copy of the provisional certificate or diploma)
  • Official sponsor statement
  • Bank Statement from the sponsor, must reflect a balance of at least $15,500 USD (must be less than 1 year old)
  • Official TOEFL (IBT at least 60, or CBT at least 173, or PBT at least 500) or IELTS (at least 5.00 band) must be less than 2 years old.
  • Application
  • 3 letters of recommendation
  • Resume(Vita)
  • Official GRE scores
