Financial Aid & Scholarships: News Update
Awards and Basic Information for 2011-2012
The Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships continues to process financial aid applications on a daily basis and will be awarding on a weekly basis records that meet the completed requirements.
This has been a most unique year as many major financial aid programs were either eliminated or experienced severe budget allocation reductions.
Through this page and the various pages of our web site we will keep everyone abreast of the changes as they occur.
Best wishes and look forward to a great academic year.
Maria del C. Ramos
Director, Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships

“When will refunds be available, if applicable?”
A credit balance on your student account indicates a potential refund. Student Accounts will process that refund and it will be sent to you by direct deposit (if you have signed up for that option) or a check will be mailed to you. All refunds require several business days to process. When a refund entry appears on your student account, you should add at least five to seven working days to the refund date to get an estimated completion date. Delivery time to your bank account or mail address will vary.
