Fall 2012 New Students
A new Texas state law requires all incoming students to colleges and universities receive a Bacterial Meningitis vaccination. Please get the vaccination at least 10 days before you are to be on campus. Students without the vaccine will not be allowed to attend orientation or enroll in classes. You need to have your vaccination by August 10, 2012 and upload the form in MyLeo.
Classes begin Monday, August 27, 2012. Please bring your books and supplies to class.
If you are attending A & M Commerce on a student visa, the Office of International Student Services will send you an I-20 shortly. You may view the requirements for a student visa on their webpage at www.tamu-commerce.edu/international/ and contact the office at (903)886-5097. This office also maintains a list of off-campus housing options. University housing opens for the term on Thursday, August 23, 2012, for housing information, please see the University website at www.tamu-commerce.edu/housing/
